We at Super One understand the need for confidentiality and privacy and dedicated to protecting the confidentiality and privacy of our customers.

Information Collected

Information that is required for services will be the only information that will be collected and retained on file.

Personal information will be collected by the means of a checklist, application form, e-mail, phone, from other professional parties or other sources when authorised by the customer. Your personal information is only disclosed to authorised parties as required by Super One to provide our services or as authorised by law (ie: Australian Taxation Office) and to other entities nominated by you.

Super One strives to keep all its customers personal information up to date in order to provide superior professional services. Super One requests that the customer provides it with updated information where any information held by Super One is inaccurate, not up to date or incomplete.

Security 

All customer soft and hard copy information is held in a secure environment at Super One. Customer information is not connected to the Super One web page.

Access 

Customers may request information that is held by Super One and customers will be provided with this information as requested either as copies or at the Super One office.
